Building A More Inclusive Innovation Economy

We believe that an inclusive innovation economy is one that positions knowledge, human design, technology, entrepreneurship, and culture as key drivers of inclusive economic growth. Less than 2% of African Americans, LatinX Americans, and American Indians are represented in tech today. Less than 1% of the $85+ billion in annual angel and venture capital that high growth startups access to launch and grow goes to founders from these communities. The median net worth of an African American family is less than $17,000 compared to $170,000 of the average white American family. We address the racial wage gap, providing underrepresented founders and historically underutilized businesses access to Coaching, Curriculum, Capital, & "The Culture".

We align diverse industry specific experts with our entrepreneurs in residency to ensure the  acceleration of learning curves, cultural competency and relevancy,  with milestone and metric driven mentorship.

Using human-centered design, lean business model frameworks, research based curriculum and outcome driven curriculum we ensure diverse entrepreneurs have the tools and resources to succeed during and after our programs.

Using innovative and non-traditional funding strategies, we align our entrepreneurs with capital opportunities that speak to their individual business model. Our  models include debt, equity finance, crowdfunding, micro-loans, angel, and venture capital.

We champion diversity and representation matters. We cultivate a diverse community of innovators who identify with the unique challenges that are faced by women, people of color, and LGBTQI entrepreneurs.
